Robin and Aaron – Wedding at Royal Lane Baptist Reception at City Place 4th Floor Atrium

The day was beautiful, not just because the weather was perfect, the sky was blue, the clouds were puffy – but because Robin and Aaron were getting married.  To say that these two are both wonderful would be an understatement.  We had some of the most fun hanging out with everyone throughout the day and evening!

Ben’s view and my view: Robin’s Sister and brother in law have a band in Tennesse, and they played some great music for the reception.  Very beautiful that they were able to share their first dance being serenaded by someone so important! How funny is the groom’s cake?!?!  A friend of theirs made the cake (even the sculptures of Robin and Aaron)…  Remember, they are big time lake people.  I LOVE it when couples add such personal touches to their wedding.  And it tasted YUMMY! Okay…  This was by far the funniest exit EVER!!!  When everyone popped their streamers out, it literally caused a spiderweb for Robin and Aaron.  Never have I captured a bride and groom laughing so hard they had to stop walking to catch their breath!  CONGRATULATIONS YOU TWO!!!!!

Melissa and Dallas – Wedding at Lantana Lodge

Remember melissa from her beautiful bridal session in Las Colinas?  How could you forget?!  I am so happy that her and Dallas celebrated their wedding on April 10 at the exceptional Lantana Lodge.  What could be more beautiful than a happy couple – madly in love – celebrating at a lakeside venue with their friends and family?

Dallas had just arrived home from deployment so they had barely even seen one another before the wedding…  The nerves and excitement before the ceremony was so thick, you could cut it with a knife!
Here are some of my favorites from the night – enjoy!

Some fun with the girls before the ceremony:

And this is what Dallas was watching!  Melissa began to tear up at the first sight of Dallas.  It made me get a little misty-eyed!
Ben’s view: The Happy couple …  MARRIED!

A very sweet/emotional first dance.  Melts my heart.
And let the party begin!!! last dance in the gazebo where they started their marriage…  Congratulations you two!!!  I wish you both a lifetime of Love and Happiness!

Thank you to all the wonderful people that helped with the special day!

Megan and Cam – a wedding in their beautiful home.

Megan first contacted me through e-mail and we were exchanging excited messages about her wedding and all the details.  Megan and I had never met before the wedding, so I have to admit I was a little nervous when we pulled up to the front of their home on that beautiful April morning.  Ben pushed me closer to the door and I quickly pressed the little glowing button.  As her mother Dana opened the door, I immediately felt welcome, and I was immediately engulfed in the feeling of love and excitement that filled their home.

Dana sweetly led me to Megan and Cam’s bedroom where she was prepping for her future husband.  The door opened and I was immediately taken back with her beauty.  She was calm, collected and ready to walk out the door a bride, and end the day married.

Megan and Cam, thank you so much for your hospitality, generosity, and being SO amazingly  in love!  You two light up a room and obviously light up one another’s hearts.  Much love and many blessings to you!

Quick touch up… Cam wipes away a tear… Now it’s time to wipe away a tear from Megan! Just in case you ever wonder the exact time you “sealed your marriage with a kiss”…  You will know it was at 11:57 a.m.   🙂 Cam got his bride a pair of Christian Louboutin and we couldn’t resist them making their way into some photos! FAVORITE!

          Welcome

Well... If you are here, you stumbled across the blog! Sadly, we spend so much time ensuring our clients have their photos and products quickly, that we rarely update the poor blog. Not to mention having two kiddos keeps us TOO busy! We hope to spend more time on the blog in the next few months. In the meantime, check out our Instagram for new work.
